FORM TM numerically profiles an operation’s critical materials movement requirements on a quarterly basis for the planning horizon, normally five years. Important elements in receiving to production, to shipping are tracked and evaluated. This is done as a numerical simulation that is given to the client to use for future in-house analysis. This simulation drives the operation’s Optimum Layout.
